The interiors, the modular toilet cabins and the aerodynamic fronts for the sixteen Vande Bharat Sleop Express now carry the ‘Made in Sri City’ label.
BFG India, a total property subsidiary or BFG International, based in Bahrain, is doing trains cabins at its manufacturing plant in SRI City, SRI City, established in 2009 to offer forced plastic solutions (FRP) of the world class fiber region. The company has been supplying light, durable and fire -resistant products to the railroad, marine, wind energy and infrastructure sectors.

Upon a new domain recently, BFG India began the ambitious design, manufacturing and installation project of interior, modular and frontal toilet cabins aerodynamics for the Bharat Sleop Express.
The train has 823 Literas and 51 bathrooms, including accessible cabins. It can be remembered that the company had supplied interiors, bathroom cabins and fronts for the Vande Bharat Express inaugural in a 10 -month record, manufacturing 329 types of FRP panels in several colors so that they coincide with the design specifications.
Metro projects too
The company has also played a key role in the Metro Rail projects in India by making drivers, roofs, side walls and partitions for Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Luck Know and Kochi Metro. The company tested components such as passenger seats, driver consoles and aerodynamic masks for Mumbai Monorrail project along with Medha Bogies Private Limited.
Ferry -based transport
Looking Beyond Rail, the company also contributed to the Kochi Water Metro, considered the first Urban Ferry transport system in India.
Super Super Super Structures of Catamarán 25 meters long and 6.5 meters wide were carried out at the facilities of the city of SRI using vacuum infusion technology. Each with a load capacity of 100 passengers, gathered at the Cochin shipyard.
