Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) on Wednesday (April 9, 2025) criticized the comments of the secretary general of Aiadmk Edappadi Palaniswami on the DMK alliance.
Answering a question about Mr. Palaniswami’s comment that DMK’s allies were “subordinated” to their political teacher and could not act independently, VCK president, Thol. Thirrumavalavan said that Aiadmk’s leader was talking about frustration.
The long wait for Mr. Palannwami was very similar to ‘Ilavu Katha Kili’ (the parrot he waited in vain), as his expectation that some partners of the alliance separated from the alliance led by DMK to join the Aiadmk did not materialize, Mr. Thirruma Palavan claimed.
In a publication on X, the Secretary of State of CPI (M) P. Shanmugam said that the comments of Mr. Palaniswami that the parties in alliance with the DMK would vanite themselves reflected their frustration, since nowhere was presented to form an alliance with the Aiadmk.
To counteract the neo -fascist tendencies of the BJP, which is a threat to India and Tamil Nadu, the holidays, including the CPI (M), have created a broad -base unit, which is a model for the entire nation, he said.
Mr. Shanmugam said that the recently concluded CPI (m) All India Congress in Madurai has created a new energy for leftist policies, which is against the BJP and its pro-corporate policies.
“It is surprising that Mr. Palaniswami has noticed it. Is it aware of Aiadmk’s current situation of being reduced to a puppet dancing to Amit Shah’s songs, Whet has a group cause for the cadde of the party,” Hey asked.
