Violated Permissions, Loud Music: Cops File Case Over Guna Hanuman Jayanti Clash, Accuse BJP Leader

Days after the clashes between two groups broke out in the Guna of Madhya Pradesh after a dispute arose on the Hanuman Jayanti procession route, the police have filed a complaint in relation to the matter and have claimed that the BJP councilor raised provocative logones and instigated Undest near the Mosque de Karnaalganj.

The assistant sub -inspector Mahesh Lakra, who was present at the scene, filed a complaint about what the procession violated the permits, played music at full volume and triggered tensions that annually led to throw stones and clashes.

According to the complaint filed on April 12, Lakra was informed that the process was passing the Karnalganj mosque, hit the place and interrogated Kushwaha and his companions if they had permission for the procession and the use of a DJ.

“Who are you to ask about permission?” Kushwaha allegedly responded to the assistant sub -inspector Mahesh Lakra, reported NDTV.

The officer also said that despite their attempts to prevent the group from proceeding with the procession, they continued to play DJ music in front of the Madina Mosque, used a abuista language and lifted slogans that hurt.

According to the FIR, Prakash Kushwaha and others began to throw stones in the middle of slogans. In particular, the official complaint, FIR, was presented on April 14, looking for legal actions against the culprits.

The sections mentioned in the FIR include interrupting public order, endangering public safety or leading to violence, especially public meetings or phase protests.

Several people suffered wounds, and vehicles suffered damage to the crash. In addition, the Superintendent of Guna or the Sanjeev Police Sinha reported NDTV That eight FIRs have presented and 17 people have been arrested so far.

Police recorded on Tuesday a case against VHP activists and other right -wing organizations to block the main roads in the city of Guna during a protest on April 14. Vishwa Hindu Parishad activists and other organizations met in Hanuman Chowk in the city on Monday, protesting against stone fighting incidents on the night of April 12.

The Kotwali police station in charge Brijmohan Bhadoraiya said that a FIR has registered on Monday’s protests against 20-25 people for alleged violation of peace.
