The Confederation of Associations of Real Estate Developers of India (CREDAI) Tamil Nadu, the APEX Body Representing Wetal Wethals developers of real estate developers throughout the state, formally induced its new leadership team for the term 2025-2027, Asshib.

Mr. Habib said: “Real estate is not just a vertical business; it is the basis of employment, infrastructure, economic resistance. Our sector contributes significantly to the GSDP of Tamil Nadu, and its potential intensifies in the next decade.

He emphasized the need to establish master plans for the main cities and towns of Tamil Nadu, since “that will help us achieve the objective of $ 1 billion of economy.”

“Credai Tamil Nadu is ready to work hand in hand with the government to guarantee timely implementation, the coherence of simplified policies and approvals,” added Mr. Habib.

B. Ganesan, director, planning direction of the city and the country, said that the master plans for Coimbatore and Madurai would be implemented. Hello, too, Credai’s team that his views would be consulted.

He said the government would soon come with an exclusive master plan for hill stations.
