Varanasi’s mother Viole Survivor said Friday that he wanted a hearing with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to demand the hardest punishment for the defendants.

Early in the day, the Additional Police Commissioner (Cantonment) Vidush Saxena said the police arrested three more defendants, taking the total number of trial so far in the case to 12. The FIR of the Police mentions 11.

The raids are to judge the defendant remover in the case, police officers said. Those arrested have a leg identified as Raj Fishwakarma, Sameer, Ayush, Sohil, Danish, Anmol, Sajid, Zahir, Imran, Jaib, Adv and Raj Khan.

As Per The Complaint, The Victim Was Gang-Raped By 23 People Across Multiple Between March 29 and April 4. The Survivor’s Family Filled The Complaint On April 6, and a case was registered Under sections 70 (1) (gang rape), 74 (Assault Tent of Criminal, 123 etc., with attempt to commit an offcence), 126 (2) (Wrongful Restrint), 127 (2) (Wrongful confinement) and 351 (2) (criminal intimidation) of Bharatiya Nyaya (BNSS).
