MG Balakrishna, President, Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industries of Karnataka (FKCCI), talking to The Hindu, Said the increase will burn the pockets since the consumption of the industry is large. The average minimum consumption of small -scale industries in the city is 50,000 liters, and the medium industries are 1 Lakh liters per day. This means that more than 9,000 were charged for consuming liters of Lakh, and now the industries have to pay ₹ 10,000. Mr. Balakrishna also said that the average consumption per day of large -scale industries is more than two Lakh. “When the walk is seen on a per liter scale, it may seem small, it is not even a paisa, but it is really huge,” he said.

In addition to this, the charges of the meter of ₹ 30. Therefore, if the consumption of a house is 8,000 kiloliters, the water invoice will go from ₹ 100 to ₹ 132. For a consumption of 50,000 kiloliters, the highest slab for domestic connections, it is likely that the bill will pay ₹ 1,191 to ₹ 1,809.
