While India is preparing to extradite Tahawwur Hussain Rana, accused of the terrorist attacks of Mumbai, from the United States, her associate, David Coleman Headley, has also caught her attention. Headly was a key conspirator in the 2008 bombings that resulted in the death of 166 people, including 20 security personnel and 26 foreigners, in multiple locations in Mumbai.

Who is David Coleman Headley?

  • Headley, a Pakistani American, already declared guilty of his participation in the attacks that paralyzed Mumbai for almost three days.
