Peenya’s police arrested a 19 -year -old who, together with his allegedly kidnapped associates to a construction worker and killed him in an attempt to steal him on April 6.
The deceased vikas of Bihar walked back home when the defendant noticed him and kidnapped him near Chikkagollarahali. It was tasks for an isolated place, assaulted with an iron and stabbed bar. Later he succumbed to the wounds.
The defendant then threw the body and fled. Police, based on CCTV images, identified the defendant as Santosh Kumar along with his associate, a minor. Efforts are made to track others.
