Summer is here, and as with food, it is the best season for cocktails (in my humble opinion)! Summer cocktails They are more fun endles when they are afraid in seasonal berries, stone fruits or fresh herbs. The weather is mature for a stream of refreshing bubbles or thick frozen and ice cream with the fair amount of sweetness. You do not need alcohol: the models are also kings in summer. These refreshing summer drinks are better enjoyed outdoors, either in their backyard, in a restaurant patio or in the pool.

Here are my favorite classic cocktail recipes to take this season.

You will see each base recipe listed first, in addition to some creative variations so that their wheels return. Enjoy!

Mojito de DuraznoMojito de Durazno

1. Mojito

El Mojito is a traditional Cuban cocktail that works in any season, but it is better in summer when the fresh mint abounds. You will need a great handful of mint leaves, in addition to white rum and bright water. Mix it by confusing berries or peaches for an extra explosion of flavor.

Variations: Try a strawberry mojito, a raspberry little girl, a peach mojito or a virgin wipe

2. Aperol Spritz

Spritz is another ideal bubbling cocktail to overcome heat. The most popular is the Spritz Aperol, but you can do it with a lot of other spirits! The basic idea? A proportion of 3-2-1 sparkling wine (also known as Prosecco), liquor and refreshment of the club. A touch of citrus fruits makes this drink more refreshing.

Variations: St Germain Spritz, Lillet Spritz, Amaro Spritz or Limoncello Spritz

3. Spritzer

Spritzer sounds like a spritz, but it is a totally different concept! Mix the club’s wine and soda, and you have a Spritzer! This concept has bones since the nineteenth century, and for a good reason: it is easy and ultra refreshing. Use any wine you want.

4. Highball

A highball is the definition of refreshing: alcohol plus bubble pile! There are all kinds of variations in the concept of mixing alcohol with bright water. Highball whiskey dates back to the early 1900s. A new modern variation you have heard about? Rancho water!

5. Gin Rickey

The Rickey is similar to a highball but with gin and lime juice! The classic Gin Rickey was invented around the 1880s. Since then, it has become a popular variation as a simina tail, and is a personalized concept.

ShandyShandy

6. Shandy

The Shandy is to endure what the wine spritzer is for wine! Have you ever made a homemade Shandy? It is a British drink that dates back to the mid -1800s. Originally, beer was mixed with ginger beer or ginger beer, but today’s Shandy is mixed with a bright lemon or lemonade lima refreshment. 8. Moscow Mula

The Moscow mule is one of the most popular cocktails in the country, with the classic combination of Lima and Ginger Bear. This has generated a myriad of variations that use different spirits. The watermelon version is a perfect taste of summer!

9. frozen daiquiri

The frozen daiquiri is a bit of the 1990s, but we are here for it! The classic Daiquiri is made with Lima, Ron and Simple Syrup, but freezes that and you have the complex and the restaurant classic. It is incredible refreshing and easy to manufacture as a tail without mockery too. All you need to do is mix the ingredients, add a garnish or two if you want, and enjoy!

10. Sangria

The last one in this summary summer summary is one that you can do in a great pitcher. Bleeding! This Spanish wine has been cooling people for centuries. General ingredients include fruit, sugar, wine, brandy, triple sec and foamy water or soda water (optional). There are many fruit variations that are perfect for the season.
