In an open market deal on Friday, the Japanese firm Softbank sold a 2.5 percent share in integrated logistics company Delhivery for Rs 739 crore.
Softbank sold 1,83,05,480 shares, or 2.5 percent of Delhivery, through its affiliate SVF Doorbell (Cayman) Ltd, according to bulk deal data that is accessible with the NSE.
The total deal size was Rs 738.64 crore after the shares were sold at an average price of Rs 403.51 each.
Softbank’s stake in Delhivery has decreased to 11.96 percent from 14.46 percent following the sale.
On the NSE, Delhivery’s shares closed at Rs 399.55 a share, down 3.46%.
Through open market transactions, Softbank sold 3.8 percent of Delhivery in March for Rs 954 crore.
