
Shaun Tait has been appointed as Bangladesh’s national bowling coach. Until November 2027, the 42 -year -old Australian will be a member of the Bangladesh team. Through his career as a coach, Tait has held positions as bowling coach for Afghanistan, Pakistan and the Western Indies.
Tait has played for his country 59 times in all formats and has tasks 95 international wicks. He was a team member who won the 2007 Australian World Cup.
Tait was delighted to commit to the new bowling bowl talent that emerged from Bangladesh’s ranks and believed that Crick’s team was currently winning. In addition, he believed that the opportunity to collaborate with Phil Simmons was too good to let him pass.

The former rhythm bowling coach, Andre Adams, who had joined Bangladesh in March 2024, left when Shaun Tait joined the coaching staff. He participated in the disappointing races of Bangladesh in the Champions ICC trophy earlier this year in the ICC T20 2024 World Cup.
