Three massive forest fires Continues to enraged north of Duluth in the northeast of Minnesota.
The teams are also fighting colossal forest fires north of Minnesota in the provinces of Manitoba and Ontario de Canada, with hundreds of thousands of acres burned since May 12.
As of May 19 at 9:15 pm, the National Integencial Fire Center reports Minnesota’s fires Now it covers about 30,000 acres:
The Minnesota Natural Resources Department is leading Munger Shaw’s fight, while the incident team of the Eastern Area complex has the control of Jenkins Creek and Camp House fires, jointly managed as the “Brimson complex.”

Jenkins Creek’s fire
Jenkins Creek’s fire, first informed on May 13, focuses about 60 miles north of Duluth, near Hoyt Lakes, just northwest of the Flory of Camp House. He tripled in size in the first 24 hours, according to the Office of the Sheriff of St. Louis, with zero containment after almost a week of burning.

Camp House fire was first reported on May 12, about 45 miles northeast of Duluth. Since then it has destroyed boxes of structures, cabins and houses, reports the Sheriff’s office. The equipment has contained around 40% of the fire after a week or fights.
Munger Shaw’s fire
It was first reported Monday afternoon, Fire Muger Shaw quickly extended to about 1,600 acres. A week later, the Fire Center says it is almost 100% content.
