If Hamas does not release all of the hostages, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to open the “gates of hell” in Gaza on Sunday. Following his meeting with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Jerusalem, he made these statements.

He added that his government was working “in full cooperation and coordination” with the Trump administration and praised US President Donald Trump for helping to free three more hostages on Saturday.

“We have a common strategy and we can’t always share details of this strategy with the public. We can’t share when the gates of hell will be opened, as they surely will if all our hostages are not released until the last one of them,” Prime Minister of Israel Netanyahu stated.

Additionally, he pledged to eradicate Hamas’ military prowess and “potential rule in Gaza.”

Netanyahu added that he and Rubio had a “very productive discussion” about a number of topics, “none more important than Iran.”

With American assistance, the Israeli prime minister stated that he is aiming to “finish the job” against Iran.

He declared that there could “never be a nuclear Iran” and added, “Under the strong leadership of President (Donald) Trump, Israel has dealt a mighty blow to Iran’s terror access over the last 16 months, and with your unwavering support, I have no doubt that we can and will finish the job.”

Rubio referred to Iran as the primary source of regional instability and stated that the nation must never possess nuclear weapons.

Iran cannot have nuclear weapons since that would render the nation impervious to pressure and action. Rubio stated at the same press conference, “That must never occur.”

Additionally, he said that Hamas “must be eliminated.”

“Hamas cannot continue as a military or government force. They must be eliminated,” he added.
